Delete your account & data

You can request deletion of your TravelsGo account and personal data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Already signed in? It's faster to delete your account directly from your profile page— it takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email, phone number, and physical address
  • ID number and emergency contact details
  • Saved payment references and push notification tokens

What we keep, and why

  • Records of completed trips and payments, with personal details removed — needed for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes
